KWS 2.0 3d printed mini lab - 10 inch rack
I bought a Bambu Labs P2S to print this homelab rack: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2139130-kws-rack-v-2-heavy-duty-10-inch-homelab-rack#profileId-2317125
I decided not to buy the premade racks as I figured I might end up expanding the rack, and have been thinking about a 3d printer purchase.
The front part of the frame is glow in the dark. The vertical parts of the frame are translucent with glow in the dark infill. I ended up using the KWS led holders to put a black light LED strip inside.
I used some anodized pink screws and ran out and used silver ones I had lying around. Still not happy with the power options. As you can see the strip I bought has a lump out the back as I put it in backwards, and the cable shoots out the side.
Current gear runs time machine, arr stack, and immich.
The Lenovo M720q has a bunch of drives plugged in via USB, they include a 14TB easystore, a 4TB Samsung T7 for the time machine backups and another 2TB easystore for photos. There's also a Philips hue bridge stuffed into the top shelf with the small drives.
Wifi is from an Aruba Instant on AP11D.
Need to work on some better cable management for that bottom shelf, but good enough for me right now.
